Standing Traps and Attacks by Jeff Higgs

Jeff Higgs Lays Out The Blueprint To Build An Effective Standing System Based Around Three Distinct Traps That Anyone Can Use To Land More Takedowns! Jeff Higgs has studied Jiu-Jitsu for over 30 years and has a battle-tested standing system that transforms the overhook and underhook into inescapable traps that lock opponents in, while giving you an extremely effective offensive system! Develop a complete takedowns system that contains trips, throws, and more from three distinct grip configurations: the reverse overhook, reverse underhook, and collar tie overhook! Exploit unique gi grips from each standing trap that provide extra control and leverage while also opening up opportunities to transition directly into submissions. Jeff's system is especially effective for older less athletic athletes since it provides the ability to negate stronger more athletic opponents with unique grips, off balances, and easy-to-learn techniques! Looking for quick submissions? Coach Higgs has you covered with extensive options to attack as soon as the fight gets to the floor! Maximize your offensive potential with high percentage takedowns that can transition directly into submissions, with longtime black belt Jeff Higgs and his complete guide on Standing Traps and Attacks!
