Supports brain health and cognitive vitality for aging dogs Encourages alertness, awareness, and normal behavior in aging dogs Promotes healthy circulation and inflammatory response When pets age, behavior changes are one of the first noticeable signs that cognitive decline is in play. The most common signs are described in short by the acronym DISHAA: Disorientation, altered social Interactions, altered Sleep-wake cycles, House soiling or loss of other learned behaviors, and altered Activity levels such as increasing Anxiety.1  Research shows early intervention provides the best opportunity for effective intervention of cognitive decline.2  Unlike single-ingredient competitors, Canine Cognition Support combines clinically studied Ginkgo Biloba, Panax Ginseng, and CoQ10 to support circulation, neurotransmitter production, and antioxidant defenses. By addressing multiple pathways of brain health, it not only helps manage occasional age-related behaviors by encouraging alertness and awareness, but also promotes energy metabolism, immune health, and overall vitality—so pets can age with clarity and comfort.  Our formula features a lineup of clinically studied brain-supportive ingredients, including:  CoQ10 (65 mg/scoop) Supports body systems crucial to health for aging dogs, including energy metabolism, antioxidant and immune health, and circulatory health  Ginkgo Biloba (33 mg/scoop) Encourages alertness and awareness, plus normal sleep patterns and physical activity in elderly and aging dogs Panax Ginseng Root (17 mg/scoop) Supports circulatory health to promote cognitive function in aging dogs Frequently Asked Questions Could Canine Cognition Support be recommended to young dogs for proactive brain health support? Is there a minimum age that Canine Cognition Support can be started? Yes, this product is great for proactive cognitive support! Given the brain’s need for healthy circulation and demand for an abundance of energy to function properly, Canine Cognition Support could be recommended to dogs experiencing lifestyle challenges or canines engaged in activities requiring additional circulatory support and enhancement of energy production.  This product is intended for dogs over 1 year of age.  What is Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline (Alpha-GPC), and why is it included in the product?  Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline is a choline donor.  Choline is an essential nutrient that plays a key role in the production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter crucial for memory, mood, muscle control, as well as the utilization and regulation of energy throughout the body, including the brain. Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline was specifically selected for this formulation because it more efficiently provides choline for the creation of acetylcholine in the brain. This form of choline can be used more directly by the brain compared to standard supplementation of choline alone. What makes this product different from others on the market?  Canine Cognition Support is a pet health supplement developed by nutrition scientists at the Standard Process Nutrition Innovation Center (NIC).
