Sunflower Quilt

Sunflower Quilt Unidentified Quilt Maker Circa 1900 67 x 80 inches Origin Unknown; Found in Ohio Recently professionally washed, this turn-of-the-20th century Sunflower (plus!) quilt has just the right proportions and scale to please the eye.   The size (67 x 80) is great for hanging, and its appealing combination of quiet and liveliness makes it a classic.  The three straight borders give it "presence" while counting the energy of the middle. The khaki or ecru color here was likely once green, but I like the way it looks now at least as much as I imagine it looked before.  That's taste for you -- everyone has their own, right?  Makes the world go 'round. Excellent Condition, newly washed, with only the occasional light spot, and with well-executed hand quilting, organized in tight hanging diamonds I like this one a lot! ___________________________________________________________________________ Before you purchase, please read below:  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  For this reason, all our quilts are sold On Approval (unless noted that it is sold As-Is).
