Stained Glass Crochet Shawl Pattern

Crochet this lovely shawl designed to mimic the intricate beauty of stained glass. The vibrant hues of Mixtape yarn are worked into bold motifs. Large granny hourglass motifs, interspersed with small granny squares, form the overall shape of the shawl. Each section is carefully outlined with a contrasting, solid-colored yarn to evoke the leading in a stained-glass window, giving the shawl a stunning, almost architectural quality. * This pattern is a PDF download that you will receive once checkout is complete Pattern Details: Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate Crocheter Materials: Main Color (MC): 2 Skeins Serenity (85% merino wool / 15% nylon; approx. 150 yds (137m) / 100 g), shown in Carbon Contrast Colors (CC): CC 1: 1 Skein Serenity (85% merino wool / 15% nylon; approx. 150 yds (137m) / 100 g) Shown in Marigold CC2: 2 skeins Mixtape (54% wool / 40% cotton / 6% nylon; approx. 100 yds (91 m) / 100g), shown in Wild Child CC 3: 1 skein Mixtape (54% wool / 40% cotton / 6% nylon; approx. 100 yds (91 m) / 100g), shown in Ocean Calm Hook Size: Size N / P / US 15 (10mm) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge Gauge: Motifs A and B measure 6” x 10” / 15 cm x 25 cm, steam blocked.
