These are Rex's top shelf favorites that he reserves for those who truly appreciate a fine spirit! Set Includes: Cognac Paradis: Aged for 40-50 years, this is an extremely rare Premier Cru de Cognac. All good cognac producers have a Paradis, the locked part of the cellar, in which they mature the best and oldest cognac. Gérard Seguinot, a producer of the finest cognac in the Grande Champagne, released this rare cognac from his own paradise. Enjoy this outstanding and remarkable spirit! Mimori 14 year old Japanese Single Malt: Mimori means ”three woods” in Japanese and former bourbon, sherry and Japanese Mizunara oak casks were used to mature this outstanding Japanese whisky. The vatting for this rare whisky consists of 100% malt whiskies. Japanese Mizunara oak is one of the most expensive types of oak in the world and it is one of the rarest. On the palate, you’ll encounter a rich flavor profile bursting with sweet, malty and dried fruity notes. The finish is rounded off by a pleasant light touch of smoke and honey. Kungstorv Peated Swedish Single Malt: In Swedish, “Kungstorv” means “king’s peat” and perfectly describes this single malt! This specially selected whisky from the Mackmyra Distillery is a sweet and smoky expression comparable to an Islay Scotch. Branches of juniper berries are added to the peat smoke to create a subtle sweetness not found in typical peated malts. Aged in Swedish Oak barrels, this whisky has notes of vanilla, oak and juniper with a smoky, smooth finish. Alpine Gin: Our Finest Alpine Gin is an artisanal dry gin brought out with natural spring water from the heart of Dolomites and flavors of juniper, citrus and coriander. To maintain its distinctive Mediterranean character, it's only subjected to a slight filtration at room temperature. Accented with the finest botanical ingredients from organic cultivation, this gin has a full Mediterranean heart and body. Produced in limited quantities 4 stackable bottles packed in an elegant gift box ready for gifting.
