ST250X = 3" Sunburst 3-Ply Mounted Radial Discs

No matter what the material being worked, SUNBURST radial discs are the "absolute best" for finishing & polishing hard-to-access areas without removing detail or causing flat spots. SUNBURST radial bristle discs are designed for precise surface finishing and polishing. These discs feature flexible bristles that conform to the contours of the workpiece, allowing for effective cleaning, blending, and finishing on a variety of surfaces. They provide excellent control, making them ideal for detailed work on intricate parts. The bristle structure helps to reduce loading and extends the life of the disc, ensuring a consistent finish without damaging the underlying material. This makes them a valuable addition to any workshop seeking high-quality surface preparation and finishing solutions. The sharp, clean, specially treated abrasive grain imbedded throughout their thin flexible bristles enable them to work faster and last longer than rubber wheels, brushes, buffs and conventional sanders. SUNBURST radial discs generate minimal dust and heat and eliminate the need for polishing compound. The three-dimensional bristle design features three discs secured by a durable plastic hub and ready for use on the tapered spindle of your bench top polisher. 8 Grits and an assortment are available: ST2501 = 36 grit - brown ST2502 = 50 grit - green ST2503 = 80 grit - yellow ST2504 = 120 grit - white ST2505 = 220 grit - red ST2506 = 400 grit - blue ST2507 = 2500 grit - peach ST2508 = 14000 grit - light green ST2509 = Kit of 8 discs (one of each grit)
