Marine Platform Scale (SRV716W)

The SRV716W Marine Platform Scale is designed for weighing large marine mammals in aquariums, marine parks, wildlife rehabilitation centers, and zoological facilities. Featuring a 36" × 54" stainless steel weighing platform, the SRV716W provides a durable and stable surface for animals such as dolphins and sea lions while maintaining reliable performance in wet, demanding environments. Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel with sealed load cells and electronics, the scale is built to withstand harsh marine conditions while delivering accurate and dependable weight measurements. The platform’s rounded edges help make beaching easier for marine animals, reducing stress and improving safety during weighing. The SRV716W features wireless communication capability, allowing keepers to operate the scale remotely using an Android tablet or phone through the SR Scales mobile app. This remote functionality enables safe and efficient weight collection without disturbing the animal. Designed for marine facilities, the scale can be moved between pools and storage areas and can be placed poolside by two people. Powered by six AA batteries providing up to 800 weigh cycles, the SRV716W delivers reliable and flexible operation for marine animal care programs.
