Linear Guide Rotating Carriage – Steel Rail Plus SRP28C-3AR 28mm Width / 3 Adjustable Preloaded Rollers

High strength aluminum carriage for 28mm wide Steel Rail Plus SRP28R linear rails with 3 roller bearings that can be adjusted for pre-load. Rotating carriages are equipped with two roller types: one with two contact points and one that only contacts the highest point on the guide rail. Rollers with two contact points fully constrain both axial & radial directions while rollers with one contact point constrain movement radially while allowing movement axially. Use this carriage in parallel with the same sized floating carriage (SRP28C-3AF) to overcome misalignment and height offsets in parallel rail applications. Available for order – 6 week lead time Carriage only – width 28mm Adjustable Preloaded Rollers Compatible with rail part number SRP28R-XXXXC Carriage configurations with 4, 5, and 6 rollers are available via the configurator Oil-soaked felt wipers keep the rails clean and lubricated Built-in scraper blade eliminates debris and contaminants from the rail surface Rotating carriages used in conjunction with floating carriages (SRP28C-3AF) overcome misalignment and height offsets in parallel rails
