Sriracha Bacon Jerky

See-Rotch-Ah...or, just plain Sriracha. Some call it ketchup on steroids. Here at Beef Octane, we can't get enough of this stuff. How could we make it even better? By combining it with our other favorite indulgence to create Sriracha bacon jerky...DUH! This one is exactly how you would expect it to taste...absolutely amazing! Don't sleep on it though, the heat bite will getcha!  Our uncured bacon is slow cooked, while increasing the temperature over time. The end results are insane, mouth-watering strips of bacon jerky, and the satisfying kick of Sriracha to top it all off. It’s the perfect snack while on the go, or even for that extra topping on your burger!
