SR500 8 X16″ 3/8″ Ballistic Steel Silhouette

SR500 8x16x3/8″ Ballistic Steel Silhouette Target Premium ballistic steel. Built for shooters and ranges who demand more from their gear, our SR500 targets are engineered for maximum durability, safety, and performance. The FIRST steel designed specifically for shooting. With a Brinell Hardness rating averaging 500–590 HBW, SR500 offers superior performance compared to standard AR500. It resists pitting and cracking, stands up to repeated impacts, and is rated for use with high-velocity rounds. SR500 is ideal for high-volume rifle ranges, professional training environments, and shooters who train up close. The thinner steel can be used without sacrificing performance. These targets deliver reliable feedback and long-lasting toughness shot after shot. Dimensions 12x20x3/8″SR500 Ballistic Steel CNC LASER CUT Less heat while cutting keeps target edges stronger. Plasma cutting can over heat the metal and change the hardness of the target leading to more edge chipping shortening the life of the target. FULLY POWDER COATED We powder coat all our 12×20 3/8″ SR500 steel silhouette targets in white, so they are ready for action. ½” Square Carriage Bolt Holes Laser cutting our 12x20x3/8″steel silhouette target allows us to put 1/2″ square mounting holes in the target so they can accept a carriage bolt. Using carriage bolts makes it easier to mount your 12×20 SR500 targets as you only need one wrench. Carriage bolts also have a smooth round head so there is less of a chance ricochet keeping your range time safe.
