Squeezy Single Origin Olive Oil ***

This olive oil is special, but it shouldn't be... because despite popular opinion, olive oil should NOT be used sparingly... Graza Olive Oils are always fresh, never blended, and 100% EVOO— in two flavor options: Sizzle is meant for cooking and is made using olives that are more mature, meaning they have a more mild flavor. This option is perfect for everyday tasks like sauteing vegetables or searing chicken. Because of its mellow flavor and higher smoke point, Sizzle can be used in a lot of different ways. Great for everyday cooking like roasting, searing, poaching, pan-frying, baking, and marinating. Grown and processed from native Picual olives in Jaen, Spain. Harvested in November and December, when the olives are more mature. They’re pretty laid back by this point, so it only takes a few shakes to get them off the branch. Suggested use: If you would put it in or on top of an oven, use Sizzle. Chicken Cutlets, Sheet Pan Veggies, Fried Rice, or even Chocolate Chip Cookies! You name it, Sizzle sizzles it. Size: 750ml Drizzle is a finishing oil that is made from olives that are picked before the fruit fully ripens when the flavor is at its boldest point. This oil boasts a grassy flavor and dark green color, and it's meant to be tasted and appreciated.  Like a sprinkle of flaky salt or the squeeze of a good condiment, Drizzle adds a big pop of flavor right before you dig in. (That’s why it’s called a finishing oil!) Drizzle’s flavors are sensitive, though, so keep it off the heat. Grown and processed from native Picual olives in Jaen, Spain. Harvested in October, before the olives have ripened fully. Picked by hand because young olives need a firm yank to loosen up. Luckily their stubbornness only makes us love them more. Suggested use: A little Drizzle goes a long way! Use it on and around things like ice cream, pesto, popcorn, salads, sandwiches or even directly on your tongue (we won’t tell). Size: 500ml About Graza: Graza believes, every kitchen deserves good, fresh olive oil that’s affordable enough to be used every day.
