This is the OEM square PLASTIC bushing on the shift selector bell crank that is always getting worn down and affects shifting quality tremendously! This is the correct bushing for a lot of FWD E153 transmissions on Camrys and Solaras. I've also seen this used on the E154F AWD transmission on the Rav4, ST205 Celica GT4 and Caldina GTT Fitment: various - as discussed above
