Squadra Volante (1974)

A bank job explodes into bloodshed when a gang of masked gunmen executes a brutal heist and leaves a trail of corpses in their wake. On their trail is a hard-nosed police inspector who isn’t just looking for justice—he wants revenge. With Milan on edge and the media circling, the case becomes personal, and the streets turn into a war zone. Car chases roar through alleyways, fists fly in interrogation rooms, and every clue leads to another dead body. The deeper he digs, the clearer it becomes that the rot goes deeper than just petty crooks. With informants vanishing and politicians looking the other way, the city is ready to erupt—and he’s the only one willing to pull the pin. A cornerstone of the Italian poliziotteschi movement, this delivers the goods with pounding urgency and ferocious style. Directed by Stelvio Massi and featuring a pulse-pounding score by Stelvio Cipriani, it’s a furious collision of crime, corruption, and street justice that hits with the force of a shotgun blast. A must for fans of High Crime and The Big Racket. 95 minutes WIDESCREEN VERSION (anamorphic) English audio sound DVD is NTSC format, Region 0 (region free) playable world wide Also known as: Emergency Squad Directed by Stelvio Massi Starring: Tomas Milian, Gastone Moschin, Ray Lovelock, Mario Carotenuto, Stefania Casini and Guido Leontini
