Sprouted Spelt Bread

Our Sprouted Spelt Bread is essentially the same recipe as our Original Whole Grain Spelt bread - it is just made with Sprouted Spelt flour.  This loaf of bread has a wonderfully light texture even though it is full of whole grain Spelt.  We actually sprouted and stone ground our Heirloom Spelt grain on site daily to ensure the flour doesn't go rancid and to maximize its freshness.  The sprouting process combined with the naturally occurring high water solubility of Spelt grain all come together to aid in the ease of its digestion.  Our Sprouted Spelt bread is a staple in households all across the country because people report they just plain feel good when they have it as a part of their daily routine.  Ingredients: Organic Whole Grain Sprouted Spelt Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Honey, Yeast, Sea Salt.
