Window Cutout Options: Explore our FAQ section to discover available window cutout options. If you require a specific cutout, simply provide the details in the notes section during checkout to ensure your kit meets your exact requirements. Easy Installation: We've taken the hassle out of the installation process. Our panels come pre-cut to size and pre-drilled for easy mounting onto the factory holes in your vehicle, saving you time and effort. Logistics Track: Fitted with horizontal flush-mount L-Track to secure your base cabinetry, overhead cabinetry, or gear. This is not designed to support a bed system (coming soon), but will serve its purpose as a functional tie-down point for gear. The L-Track also holds the wall panels in place, their removal granting you easy access behind the walls. Perfect Fit: If you intend to keep your factory foam headliner blocks, our kit is designed for a flush fit. You'll have the confidence of knowing that your interior will look and feel like it came straight from the manufacturer. Vibration Reduction: We've added holes at the center of the panels to prevent vibrations that may not align with factory holes. This guarantees a smooth and quiet ride, and we provide the necessary drilling and rivet nuts for a proper fit. Tailored Solution: Every van is unique, and our kit accounts for these differences. While some rivet nuts may not perfectly align with factory holes, a quick adjustment with a drill bit or burring bit will ensure your screws align properly. Factory Window Cutouts: Our factory window cutouts are designed to be wider than the openings, eliminating the need for spacers. This is particularly useful for the driver's forward window, a large factory window behind the driver's seat. Hassle-Free Attachment: You can apply our kit with rivet nuts directly to factory holes for a sturdy installation. Please note, this requires making more holes in your vehicle for L-Track fastening. High-Quality Hardware: We provide all the necessary machine screws and washers, along with zinc-coated steel rivet nuts.  Please note that this product will come with Stainless Steel Hardware.  Please inform us if you would like Black Oxide and we can send you a quote for the change. We can do any Factory Sized Window Cutout.  Just leave a note during checkout! How do some of the Mercedes Sprinter wall panel kits vary? The Mercedes Sprinter Van interior designs changed in 2018 with two key features that changed wall paneling: Newer models began featuring factory holes on Upper Wall Panels. While the holes are still pre-drilled on the wall panels, they do not have correlating factory holes and the wall paneling will need to serve as a drilling template for rivet-nut installation. Newer models have redesigned rear doors that use exterior hinges as opposed to older models that require interior hinges. The wheel well panels in older models have a cutout specifically designed to house the retracting rear door catch. Additionally, lower back door panels have a different shape for older model sprinters.
