Spoon Ring - FRIENDSHIP/MEDALITY - #6146

This upcycled vintage silverplate spoon ring is handcrafted in the Friendship/Medality pattern. Some patterns don’t wait for your approval — Friendship/Medality meets your gaze, lifts a brow, and makes it clear it runs the show. Introduced by Oneida Community in 1932, this pattern was part of the brand’s early Art Deco era — a moment when silverware designers were finally stepping away from Victorian frills and leaning into geometry, symmetry, and modern swagger. Medality was the cool kid of the drawer: crisp lines, arrow‑like motifs, and a bold, architectural face that felt decades ahead of its time. This handcrafted spoon ring brings all that 1930s confidence straight to your hand. Upcycled from authentic Oneida Silverplate, it wraps into a sleek band that shows off the pattern’s signature engraved chevrons, linear detailing, and Deco‑inspired angles. It’s the kind of ring that looks vintage, feels modern, and wears like a tiny piece of history with attitude. For all of our designs we choose wonderful authentic vintage/antique silverware — giving each piece a second life as eco-friendly, upcycled jewelry, accessories or housewares. Once chosen, the pieces are modified and beautified by HAND; they are cut, drilled, filed and polished, etc. We do not cast/mold any of our designs, they are all handmade, one-of-a-kind creations. All of our creations are handmade - as such no two items are exactly alike.    Condition: Please note, this is an antique item that was once used as a utensil. As a result, there may be some wear to the silver-plate, fine scratches or marks from use. But some wear gives the piece patina and personality. We do our best to disclose any condition issues of note.
