These all new split collar pads are designed to be used with any collar that opens at the top without having to remove the clips on the side of the pad. Made with 1/2″ closed cell foam center. Waffle neoprene on horse side and vinyl on the outside. Easy to clean. Will not absorb any moisture.Order 2″ bigger than collar size. Available in black only.
