The Solitude Tungsten Split Case PMD is a premium, high-density nymph meticulously tied to imitate the Pale Morning Dun (PMD) during its vulnerable pre-hatch stage. Featuring a heavy tungsten bead for fast sinking and a realistic "split-case" to suggest the emerging wing, this pattern is highly effective when trout are keyed in on the PMD nymph. The fly's quick descent and detailed imitation make it an essential tool for tight-line nymphing during the prolific summer PMD hatches. Solitude, Nymph, PMD
