The Solitude Split Case PMD is a realistic and highly effective nymph pattern tied to imitate the vulnerable Pale Morning Dun (PMD) nymph as it ascends to hatch. Featuring a prominent split wing case that mimics the natural insect's emerging form, this fly is essential for targeting selective trout during the height of the PMD hatch cycle. This pattern is designed to be fished high in the water column or drifted slowly to imitate the natural upward movement of the hatching nymph. Solitude, Nymph, PMD
