SPLISH, SPLASH! FIRST TO LAST

Featuring a predictable rhyming pattern and playful illustrations of marine animals, this under-the-sea adventure introduces and reinforces ordinal numbers. The narrative follows ten marine animal companions who gather sequentially for an underwater game. First on the scene is lonely Lill, asking if someone is here to play. The second character to arrive is snack shack helper Sam, who joins right away. Early readers benefit from the engaging narrative with numerical themes, while more advanced learners develop understanding of sequencing concepts and object ordering. The book has received a Northern Lights Book Award in the Concept Category and a Moonbeam Children's Book Awards Gold Winner designation in the Learning Order Category.
