Thomastik Spirocore Violin String Set

Thomastik-Infeld Spirocore violin strings feature a flexible multiwire spiral core that has greater elasticity than that of conventional strings, which means less inertia and a greater propensity for musical vibration.  The sound is full and homogenous, balanced and voluminous. The string has been calibrated to satisfy the express wish of many artists for a string that is equally effective for arco and pizzicato playing styles. Spirocore's hi-tech core makes for effortless finger placement, responsive bowing, stable tuning, and a very long string life. With Spirocore the steel string's technical possibilities have been developed to their maximum.  String Set Composition: E - Option between Aluminum or Chrome Wound  over Spiral Core A - Chrome Wound  over Spiral Core D - Chrome Wound  over Spiral Core G - Chrome Wound over Spiral Core
