We recommend a height where your back is straight & your heels rest on the ground when seated.  All SpinOlution products are built to order and then shipped directly to you. Standard delivery time is 6-10 weeks. Designed using the same Baltic Birch as their spinning wheels to match perfectly in your fiber arts studio. Two design options, with or without the Heart cut out on the front of the seat.
