Spider Mobile Base

Estimated Ship Dates: May 7th (M-1500Pro)   M-1500/M-1500Pro Spider Mobile Base Spider Mobility, ‘QuadSteady’ Stability For woodworkers, optimizing workspace is crucial, but the challenge of moving heavy equipment often hinders this goal. Introducing the Harvey Spider Mobile Base, an innovative solution that streamlines the movement and precise positioning of even the largest tools. With this revolutionary base, you can maximize space utilization, creating limitless layout possibilities and elevating your woodworking experience. Benefits of the Spider Mobile Base: ● Unique ‘QuadSteady’ Stability System. ● Smooth-rolling casters provide effortless movement. ● Effortlessly move heavy equipment. ● Innovative One-Foot Control. ● Compatible with a wide range of equipment. ● Robust construction and durable materials.     Revolutionary  ‘QuadSteady’ Stability System:   Both the M-1500 and M-1500Pro Spider Mobile Bases feature the innovative 'QuadSteady Stability System' within each leg. With four independent support legs with spring assistance, this system of M1500Pro adapts to uneven surfaces and terrain upon contact, offering exceptional stability on various surfaces.   Consistent Tabletop Height Using a typical mobile base on the market can lead to challenges, especially if the equipment has support legs. Each time you raise or lower the mobile base, the equipment tabletop on the base adjusts its height accordingly. This variability can disrupt your precise settings and increases the risk of tools, not securely anchored, tumbling off the tabletop. Moreover, when the height changes, the machine's unsupported legs can dangerously tilt to the side.   The M-1500(Pro) effectively eliminates these issues with its innovative 'QuadSteady' Stability System. With this system, the swivel casters maintain constant contact with the ground whether the base support legs are being raised or lowered, thereby keeping the tabletop height consistent. This stability ensures the accuracy of your operations, prevents any accidental drops of tools and avoids the dangerous side tilting of the machine legs.   The fixed legs enhance the static friction up to 916N, ensuring maximum stability during use.   Magic Spinning with Swivel Casters: In cramped woodworking shops, using a typical mobile base often means that moving large equipment requires multiple adjustments. The M-1500Pro revolutionizes this process with four swivel casters, allowing smooth spinning and turning in any direction, even U-turns in narrow spaces. Additionally, the ability to smoothly shift and retrieve equipment at any angle enhances its flexibility and accessibility in tight spaces.   One-Foot Control for Quick Stop and Go: The M-1500Pro base utilizes an innovative linkage design. A light step on the foot pedal raises or lowers all four foot pads simultaneously, positioning the equipment. This design ensures consistent user stepping force, regardless of equipment weight, simplifying operations and boosting work efficiency.   Horizontal Tabletop for Optimal Performance: The M-1500Pro's adjustable swivel casters ensure a level tabletop on uneven surfaces, meeting U.S. garage slope standards.( 1/8” to 1/4” per foot)   Adjustable Base Size for High Versatility: The adjustable base size of the M-1500(Pro) accommodates different equipment bases, offering extreme versatility.   Max.
