Hard neck garlic produces a green flower stalk in June that when picked tender, makes a wonderfully tasty pickle. Our jars are packed tightly with crisp garlic scapes, vinegar, spices and our own fresh peppers and onions grown on our farm. A unique farm pickle with a texture reminiscent to an asparagus stalk with a mild garlic flavor, this is cayenne spicy. This pickle is for those who love the flavor of a vinegar based pickles. Use as a stand alone pickle or cut up and use in chicken, pasta, or potato salads. Makes a wonderful addition to a Bloody Mary. Also comes in dill. 1 pint jars/ 16 oz
