Aromatic. Upcycled. Latte-ready. Our signature Spice Dust is made from upcycled spices used in our brewing process, transformed into a light, fragrant powder for finishing your DONA lattes. It's a small step toward reducing waste — and a beautiful one. After brewing, what we can’t reuse is sent to McEnroe Organic Farm in Upstate New York for composting — diverting over 400 gallons of food scraps from landfills every week. Less waste = a healthier supply cycle. How to Create Our Signature Lunar Latte: Mix equal parts DONA concentrate and milk in a steam pitcher. Steam to desired texture and temperature. Pour into your favorite cup. Place a to-go lid (slightly larger than the cup) halfway over the latte surface. Using a fine mesh sieve, dust DONA Spice Dust over the exposed side.
