Spagmoss New Zealand Sphagnum Moss

Spagmoss is high-quality New Zealand sphagnum moss, renowned for its careful cultivation, high water-holding capacity, and long-lasting capabilities. It is sustainably harvested from sphagnum moss swamp farms, then left to naturally air dry, and cleaned to removed contamination. Sphagnum moss is a very versatile product that can be used in horticultural and exotic pet care scenarios. It is great for orchid and carnivorous plant substrate mixes because it supports roots and helps maintain a moist environment without causing root rot. These qualities also make sphagnum moss great for starting propagates. Sphagnum moss is also very soft, which, combined with its moisture holding capabilities, makes it an ideal choice of bedding for insect, amphibian, and reptile owners!  On top of all of this, sphagnum moss makes a great additive to your houseplant potting mixes, as it increases the moisture holding capacity of your soil while still allowing good airflow to plant roots.
