Spencer’s Gel Max Enriched Formula (4oz)

Spencer's Gel Max is our first enriched formula that builds on the foundation of the incredibly alkaline formula of original formula Spencer's Gel. While original Spencer's Gel was created for those that have open MRSA wounds or folliculitis, this new formula has added ingredients that have well-known healing properties.   If you already use Spencer's Gel you know that its ability to neutralize acidity allows for rapid healing of anything from acne to the worst open ulcerations imaginable on even the most sensitive skin areas of the body.  This new formula has the same super-high alkaline base, now with added ingredients to soothe, protect, nourish and rejuvenate that healing skin.  Here's the powerful lineup of ingredients: Medium chain triglyceride (MCT) oil: many people take MCT oil as a supplement.  But when applied to skin it has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties.  It is lightweight and does not clog pores. Pterostilbene: another antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.  Clinical trials have shown that in addition to cleaning up free radicals it induced the up-regulation of other protective antioxidants including glutathione, superoxide dismutase and catalase. Vitamin D: regulates the cellular replication cycle which helps premature aging, important for the functioning of the sebaceous glands which secrete sebum, the natural oils that protect the skin. Vitamin E: moisturizes, protects collagen and is used in improving the appearance of scars. Buffered Vitamin C: buffered means it has a neutral pH so it will not affect the high pH of the alkaline base of the product.  Another antioxidant, Vitamin C encourages the growth of new collagen and maintains the collagen you already have.  It is widely known for improving overall skin texture and appearance. Along with Vitamin E it can diminish redness. Vitamin B5: known as "panthenol", it helps the skin attract and maintain moisture and provides protection, enhancing the natural repair process. Gotu Kola: improves blood flow which aids the skin's healing process.  It's known for its ability to help wound healing and improve circulation. So yea- we're pretty proud to have taken something that, since 2004, people have considered to be a miracle and make it just that much better. This gel is not a preventative for Staph or MRSA nor is it to be used as an anti-bacterial cleanser. It is designed for a pre-existing skin problem caused by acid loving bacterium. It removes the acidity allowing the immune system to have unbelievably devastating effects on the bacteria and allowing the body to heal.
