Known for it's comforting aroma and healing properties, it has been used for centuries in various ceremonies. It is typically burned, and the smoke is used to "cleanse" the energy of a space or person. Palo Santo smoke is said to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and rid a space of negative intention.
