KWI Speed Fusion Clutch System for Speed UTV

KWI Speed Fusion Clutch System for Speed UTV ⚠️ Important Requirement: The Speed Fusion Clutch System requires the 2026 Speed UTV clutch housing and air ducting. It is not compatible with earlier housings. The KWI Speed Fusion Clutch System for Speed UTV is a complete next-generation clutching platform designed to redefine performance, reliability, and durability for the Speed UTV platform. Instead of simply upgrading existing components, KWI engineered an entirely new clutch system from the ground up—including billet primary and secondary clutches, optimized airflow management, and a proprietary Fusion belt designed specifically for the system. The Fusion System was developed through extensive R&D including airflow mapping, CAD engineering, and real-world endurance testing. It was pushed to the extreme during high-speed desert testing with professional drivers including Max Gordon and Robbie Gordon, proving its durability under triple-digit speeds and brutal off-road conditions. The result is a clutch system that delivers massive acceleration gains, improved RPM control, lower operating temperatures, and dramatically increased belt life—making it one of the most advanced clutch systems available for Speed UTV machines. Key Features Complete performance clutch system for Speed UTV Requires 2026 Speed UTV clutch housing and ducting Billet primary clutch engineered for maximum durability Billet secondary clutch for improved power transfer Proprietary Fusion CVT belt designed specifically for the system Redesigned air guides and intake ducting for optimized airflow Extensive desert racing and endurance testing Made in the USA Performance Benefits Massive Acceleration Gains The Fusion System dramatically improves power transfer from the engine to the wheels, delivering faster launches and stronger acceleration throughout the RPM range. Improved Belt Life The proprietary Fusion Belt, combined with improved airflow and clutch alignment, significantly reduces belt heat and wear. Benefits include: Longer belt life Reduced belt failures Improved drivetrain efficiency Cooler Operating Temperatures Redesigned air guides and intake ducting maximize airflow through the clutch housing, helping reduce operating temperatures during aggressive riding or racing conditions. Unmatched RPM Control The billet clutch system provides superior calibration and tuning capability, resulting in: Consistent RPM control Smooth power delivery Precise backshifting performance What’s Included Depending on configuration, the Speed Fusion System is available in the following options: Complete Fusion System Fusion Billet Primary Clutch Fusion Billet Secondary Clutch Fusion CVT Belt Individual Components Fusion Primary Clutch Only Fusion Secondary Clutch Only Fitment Compatible with: Speed UTV models equipped with the 2026 clutch housing and air ducting ⚠️ Note: Earlier Speed UTV models must be upgraded to the 2026 clutch housing and intake ducting for proper installation.
