Specialty Drill Bits for Acrylic (60 degree)

Descriptions Details Requirements No More Cracking/Splitting Acrylic Signs: These drill bits have a 60 degree angle at the tip to allow for drilling through acrylic without cracking the panel. You can drill close to the edge without worrying about damaging the acrylic piece that you are working with. Customers requested that we sell these as individuals and not just as a set, and we listened! Choose from seven different sizes: 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", and 1/2" Try these with the Xpert Drilling Jig. ONLY use on Acrylic: Using these drill bits for any substrate other than acrylic will wear the tip angle down so that they are no longer good for acrylic. Drill Press or Cordless Drill: These can be used on any type of drill fixture or handheld drill. Products are proudly made in the USA.
