Special Shipping

Special Delivery Circumstances At Canal Furniture, we strive to make every delivery smooth, timely, and stress-free. However, we understand that certain locations or unique home situations may require additional planning to ensure a successful delivery. Special delivery circumstances may apply in cases such as: Difficult access points (tight staircases, narrow hallways, or low ceilings). High-rise buildings requiring elevator reservations or specific time windows. Remote or limited-access areas outside our standard delivery zones. Extra handling needs, such as window or balcony deliveries.   In these situations, additional charges, extended delivery times, or specific arrangements may be necessary. Our team will review your order details and contact you in advance if special accommodations are required. How to Prepare To avoid delays, we kindly ask that you: Measure doorways, hallways, and staircases prior to ordering. Inform us of any special access requirements at the time of purchase. Coordinate with your building management if elevator or loading dock access must be scheduled. Our goal is to deliver your furniture safely and efficiently, no matter the challenge. If you think your order may involve special delivery circumstances, please reach out to our customer care team—we’ll be happy to help make the necessary arrangements.
