Honduras Region Gualaco, Honduras Altitude 1220-1524m Varietals Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Typica Process Washed Dark Roast This roast makes us uncomfortable. Seriously. We roast it right to the absolute edge of an Italian Dark Roast and then slam on the brakes. We couple that with another roast of the same origin, slightly lighter in profile, to provide a strong body underneath the smoky flavors.
