Spanning Time

March 17, 2024. The early-spring Milky Way arcs across an abandoned homestead in Central Montana as the coming day already sends light to kiss the easter horizon.  Each of these once-beautiful homes tells a story, and I am drawn to their stark beauty and also the pervasive sense of sadness that surrounds them. Taking this photograph it was easy to imagine children playing in the yard, holiday dinners inside, and a sense that things would never change.  This is a 3 to 1 panorama offered in three sizes on fine, ready-to-hang aluminum which gives this scene a beautiful sheen. Each size is limited to 11 prints, comes signed and numbered, and ships free to all lower 48 states.
