Mid-season, Rocambole type. Probably the most popular hardneck type because most garlic lovers find the flavor to be “true garlic”. A Northwest heirloom that was reported to have been brought into Northwest Oregon before 1900, it is often called Greek garlic by home gardeners throughout the region. Garlic is shipped only in the fall—starting in mid-September, depending on the season and the variety. Quantities are limited; order early for best availability. Sorry, not available to Idaho, US Territories, or Canada.
