Spanish Narrative Mentor Texts - Fifth Grade

Eight Spanish narrative mentor texts, including small moment stories. Teachers can point out writers' moves such as setting up a problem, finding the solution, a greater emphasis on multiple characters and their different points of view and interactions, presenting a series of events with many shorter actions within each event, showing not stating characters' feelings, using dialogue, including characters' thoughts, expressing emotion, varying word choice, sharing an author's message through multiple clues and writing several sentences that match the illustration. Many of the mentor texts feature diverse characters, and realistic stories students can relate to. All titles can be purchased individually.
