Spacer Stumpflack 25ml

DSI Die Spacer Stumpflack ensures a consistently uniform coating with each application. Every intricate detail and angle of preparation is preserved in the finished product, thanks to precise film thickness control. DSI Die Spacer Stumpflack resists pressurized steam, scratching, and chipping, ensuring reliable results every time. This colored coating allows for the precise spacing needed between the dental restoration and the patient's tooth, providing an appropriate space for cementation materials. DSI Die Spacer Stumpflack comes in four distinct colors, each with a specific thickness level to meet various specifications. It works with both precious and non-precious metals and is efficient for wax dipping. The film thickness for each color is as follows: silver – 7µm, gold – 10µm, red – 12µm, and blue – 15µm. DSI Die Spacer Stumpflack Thinner is a specialized solution that adjusts the consistency of DSI Die Spacers, enhancing the quality and longevity of the material. This thinning agent allows technicians to achieve the desired viscosity for models and dies, aiding in sealing, hardening, and reinforcing without altering dimensions. It works from the inside out to provide perfect results without adding a dimension-changing layer.
