South Bay - House Plan

This incredible 5 bedroom house plan is one of our favorites. It packs a ton of luxury features and amenities into a modest square footage and gorgeous façade.  Stepping into the main foyer off the wrap around porch, you are greeted by the main open living space. This plan is great for enjoying both indoor and outdoor entertaining centered around the luxurious kitchen with its walk-in pantry and sit-in island. To the rear is a dining nook with windows overlooking the back yard and a set of French doors out to the back porch for dining al fresco. Around the side of the house is an outdoor fireplace for enjoying on cool summer nights. The fire is mirrored on the inside as the centerpiece of the massive living room with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. A small den offers a nice hidden away place to watch TV or read a book in privacy.  On the opposite side of this floor is the mud room which ties the 2 car garage to the main entertaining space and primary bed suite. This bed suite is comfortable, luxurious and private. Facing the rear, it features his/her closets and an en-suite bathroom.  Heading upstairs, 4 bedrooms share two Jack & Jill bathrooms in an efficient yet comfortable layout. A laundry room finishes out the space.
