Unit weight: 1oz -- This great soul seasoning blend was inspired by Katrina Mincy. She is the owner of, now defunct, Aunt Flora's Cobbler House Bakery and Down Home Diner at Historic Findlay Market. Katrina used this blend on just about everything. I suggest that it is excellent to flavor your greens. Ingredients: Sea salt, Paprika, Garlic, Black pepper, White pepper, Turmeric, Cayenne & Celery Seed. The price is per ounce.
