Souffle can be layered for a higher-intensity look or worn on top of our Artistique Eyeshadow to add a glimmering effect. Buildable, fast-drying, non-creasing, removes easily. In 6 shades: Tips To apply: Use a fingertip to tap on then smooth out the bouncy shadow. Allow the formula to dry before tapping on a second layer.
