Sony RX10 V Digital Camera

20.1MP 1" Exmor RS CMOS Sensor & BIONZ XR Processor Pairing its 20.1MP 1" backside-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor with an advanced BIONZ XR processor and a dedicated AI chip, the RX10 V provides the ideal mix of low noise, sharp detail, and exceptional speed. The stacked sensor architecture maximizes readout speed, enabling advanced exposure and color algorithms to render natural skin tones, foliage, and skies with smooth gradations. Delivering accurate exposure in a wide range of challenging environments, Sony's latest AE algorithm detects and exposes for faces hidden in deep shadow or illuminated by bright sunlight. The RX10 V offers a standard sensitivity range of ISO 100 to 12800, which is expandable down to ISO 64 for stills. UHD 4K Video Capture Combining out-of-the-box video quality with postproduction flexibility, the RX10 V captures uncropped UHD 4K video up to 60 fps with multiple color profile options and additional high-speed recording modes. 4K60 video recording with 5.4K oversampling and no sensor crop High-speed 4K120 recording with sensor crop for slow-motion video 10-bit 4:2:2 recoding in All-Intra, XAVC S, and XAVC HS video formats S-Cinetone color profile for cinematic color without grading and beautiful skin tones S-Log3 color profile for advanced color grading and postproduction flexibility Supports up to 16 user-imported LUTs for accurate real-time monitor preview S&Q mode for slow/fast-motion playback and Shot Marks for easy still-image extraction AI-Powered Autofocus & Tracking Driven by its dedicated deep-learning AI unit, the Real-Time Recognition AF system leverages up to 60 autofocus and auto-exposure calculations per second to allow effortless subject tracking of humans, animals, and vehicles. Additionally, AI-powered Auto Framing automatically crops and adjusts image composition to keep talent centered during video capture, even when the camera is stationary. Intelligent subject recognition modes include human, animal, bird, insect, car, train, airplane, and auto Real-Time Tracking accurately focuses and locks onto a subject when the shutter button is half-pressed Touch Tracking enables you to select subjects directly by pressing the touchscreen monitor 575 phase-detection points cover approximately 70.6% of the frame High-Speed Stills & Macro Performance Capture action-packed frames with confidence using continuous blackout-free burst shooting at speeds up to 30 fps with full AF/AE tracking. To manage storage space and streamline your workflow, a custom button can be assigned to the Continuous Shooting Speed Boost function. This lets you temporarily change burst rates (choosing between 30, 15, 10, or 5 fps) right in the middle of shooting to capture only the decisive moment. The RX10 V also doubles as a powerful macro tool, offering excellent close-up capabilities at both ends of its focal range, with 1.18" close focus and 0.42x magnification at 24mm, and 28.3" close focus and 0.49x magnification at 600mm for tight framing and stunning detail. Design Sporting an ergonomic body design, improved battery, and a variety of control and monitoring interfaces, the RX10 V provides an intuitive, tactile operating experience with multiple improvements over its predecessor. High-capacity NP-FZ100 battery delivers over 50% more stamina than the RX10 IV for up to 630 stills on LCD per charge Multi-interface hot shoe is compatible with Sony microphones and four or two-channel LPCM recording at 48kHz, 24-bit 3" 1.62m-dot tilting touchscreen LCD monitor with horizontal and vertical info display options 0.5" 3.69m-dot Quad-VGA OLED electronic viewfinder with 0.78x magnification Redesigned grip, multi-selector, AF-on button, and two control dials for convenient control Dust- and moisture-resistant design for use in challenging environments Connectivity Built for quick turnarounds, the RX10 V supports 4K30 live streaming directly to a PC via USB-C or over a network via wireless/wired LAN with simultaneous internal card recording.
