Somebody and Somebody's Problem Buckle Western Design Tri-Layer Acrylic Hat Patch Set

Patch Dimensions: 3.2" W x 2.25" H Our tri-layer acrylic hat patches are perfect for customizing your hats. All patches are backed with LoneStar Adhesive and are made to adhere to your hat using a hat press.   Pressing Instructions: All presses are different and will have different settings – these are some basic guidelines. Single Platen - For acrylic patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. When possible we recommend preheating the patch to get adhesive a little tacky. We suggest starting at 300°F for 40 seconds with LIGHT pressure. Dual Platen - For acrylic patches, pre-heat hat on press for 20-30 seconds. When possible we recommend preheating the patch to get adhesive a little tacky. The suggested settings will be 280°F on the top platen and 320°F on bottom platen for 45 seconds. Press with LIGHT pressure. Please reach out with any questions and happy pressing! Processing times for patches are 4-5 business days not including shipping. Note from LSA: We love supporting other small businesses and this item is shipping from another maker. Because these items are not shipping from our warehouse, they are NOT eligible for our "Free Shipping" thresholds and may have a separate shipping cost associated with them. Turnaround time may vary from what we disclose as our own TAT on the homepage & banner of the website. Custom engraved or printed goods coming from a maker will also have their own turnaround time and the "Rush Shipping" upgrade will not apply.
