SOMATIC BREATHWORK + CRYSTAL SOUND HEALING

Signature Experience — Restore & Receive Featuring Reiki, Somatic Breathwork & Crystal Sound Healing W/ Guest Facilitator Tory Saks, Alignment Alchemist & Crystal Healer BuDhaGirl Wellness Collective Studio 1611 Dragon Street | Dallas Join guest facilitator Tory Saks and Lauren Cureton for an evening of deep restoration through Reiki, somatic breathwork, crystal healing, and immersive sound.   Designed to support both the nervous system and energetic body, this Signature Experience invites you to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself in a calming, thoughtfully held environment.   Held during the potent and transformational Eclipse Portal, this is a perfect time to connect with your healing journey and determine what is coming up to help you move forward on your path and journey.   The evening begins with a gentle grounding ritual and intention-setting practice led by Tory. Each guest will choose a crystal to accompany them throughout the experience and serve as a meaningful reminder of the intentions they set.   Lauren will then guide you through the BuDhaGirl Wellness Collective's signature somatic breathwork practice, helping to release stress, quiet the mind, and regulate the nervous system before transitioning into an immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath.   Throughout the experience, Tory will offer individual Reiki sessions, using gentle, hands-on or hands-above healing to support relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional restoration. Whether you simply sink into deep relaxation or experience a meaningful emotional release, you'll be held in a safe, supportive, and compassionate space.   Together, breath, sound, Reiki, and crystal healing create an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply restored.
