Return to Self Summer Bundle: Practice Special!

~3 classes: friday & saturday options ~one 30 minute online self care assessment: one on one with minga ~45% off your first order of minga lily accessories that you will need for practice This time is asking so much of us, bodies, minds, energy and spirits. We are healing from injuries old and new, dealing with demands of parenting, overworked, underpaid and processing the intensity of the world.  Let me walk with you in a return to your self. These classes guide you in a practice that brings you into a deeper, more nourishing way of being with your body. Without giving our self the time, energy and support the tensions and holdings in our body will worsen . We often feel we can ignore our pain and turn away from ourselves, but know, if we do, they will only worsen with time. A beloved student who comes to class says "The pain in my neck, jaw, and shoulders has gradually diminished, and I feel more functional, positive and healthy at 61 than I have over the past decade" Constant stresses and pressure make our bodies, minds and hearts tight and dense, impacting our quality of life, our relationships, our communities. Returning to and tuning into yourself right now is one of the most important thing you can do.  These inward changes energize you for the outward changes you are making in the world. We can't have one without the other. In these intimate, transformative classes online with minga lily , your individual needs are addressed to help create the practice you need. And you will take away ideas and guidance to help you continue your practice at home. Minga knowledgeably supports you through whatever health issues physical, mental and energetic that you bring to class. You will feel relaxed, energized and empowered with practices that you can continue doing all week long. Online practices might not be right for you, but the advantages can be so great! Because classes are online, you will be creating a space in your home for your practice that you can use all the time. Your practice with minga becomes your home practice! Your 30 minute assessment can include advise on setting up the perfect space, props to use if you don't have all the "right" things, advise on what support to get first if you need somethings and a discount on the accessories and tools that I offer. “When ever I am consistent in my practice online with minga, I can walk pain free”    I'm looking forward to meeting you and practicing together This bundle includes: 3 classes  one 30 minute online self care assessment. 45% off your first order of minga lily accessories that you will need for practice.
