Featuring a chin-up bar that has a diameter of 1.25in and is 47in in length, the punch bracket is made from 5mm thick steel to ensure it is capable of holding any size punch bag. Installation: requires M16 dyna bolts or concrete screws onto a load-bearing wall. It is essential for safe operation that the bracket is installed on a structural wall. Failure to do so could result in injury.  Safety Note: Regularly check the condition of your chosen boxing bag mount hardware. Over time, metal on metal movement can wear down boxing bag hardware significantly. It is essential to check that hooks, chains and carabiners are in correct condition and that it is replaced when necessary as failure to do so may result in injury or failure.
