The Solitude Pull Over PMD is a highly effective, low-riding emerger pattern designed to imitate a Pale Morning Dun (PMD) mayfly struggling to escape its nymphal shuck in the surface film. This fly's unique "pull-over" foam wingcase sits flush in the film, giving trout the perfect, vulnerable profile they often key in on during difficult PMD hatches. It should be fished on a dead drift in soft water sections, especially when fish are visibly rising but refusing fully emerged duns.
