Solitude Globug

The Solitude Globug is the definitive yarn-based egg imitation, a simple yet profoundly effective pattern essential for targeting trout and steelhead whenever fish are spawning or eggs are drifting in the water column. Tied with buoyant, spherical yarn that mimics the natural shape and color of fish roe, this fly is a powerhouse for triggering the opportunistic feeding response in large, aggressive fish. Fish it on a dead drift under an indicator in a variety of natural and attractor colors to match local forage.
