Features and Benefits Whereas many entry-level espresso machines are quite basic in terms of the features they provide, the Solis Barista Perfetta Plus comes stocked with handy tools to help you brew better right out of the box. The adaptive PID and automatic pre-infusion means this compact brewer is capable of extracting nuanced flavors from specialty coffees—something rather unheard of in a machine at this price range. It also comes with a pressure gauge that allows you to monitor brew pressure in real time so you can assess your puck prep and improve your extractions further.  Once you’ve got your grinder dialed in, the Barista Perfetta Plus allows for volumetric programming of extraction times, so you can simply press a button and let the machine do the rest.  Ready to brew in just 40 seconds, this petite powerhouse comes with a commercial-grade steam wand, so you can froth cafe-quality milk beverages in no time flat.
