Solinst 105 Well Casing & Depth Indicator

The Solinst 105 Well Casing & Depth Indicator locates the top and bottom of metal well casing and measures total well depth using a single dual-function probe on a graduated flat-tape reel. A magnetic sensing circuit in the probe detects ferrous casing: quick intermittent beeps and a flashing light sound as the probe passes alongside steel casing, stopping once it clears the casing. A separate spring-loaded plunger at the probe tip triggers slow intermittent beeps and the flashing light when it physically contacts the bottom of the well, indicating total depth. Depth readings in both cases are taken directly off the laser-marked tape at the surface; the probe does not respond to PVC or other non-magnetic materials.
