Solid Rigid Couplings P/N SCR-100-KW4H

The Climax RC‑100‑KW4H@90 Set Screw Coupling with Keyway is a rugged and reliable rigid shaft coupling designed to join two aligned shafts securely in industrial and mechanical applications. Machined from durable mild steel with a black oxide finish, this coupling provides excellent torque transmission and alignment while resisting wear and corrosion. Its built‑in keyway and multiple set screws deliver positive shaft engagement and enhanced holding strength, especially under load. This coupling is ideal for equipment where precise shaft alignment is critical and flexibility isn’t required, such as conveyors, pumps, small motors, and machine tool spindles. The 90° 4‑set‑screw design increases load capacity compared to single‑screw designs and helps maintain secure operation during use. 🔩 Key Features Rigid set‑screw coupling for positive shaft connection Built‑in keyway for secure torque transmission Steel construction with black oxide finish for durability and corrosion resistance Four set screws positioned at 90° for enhanced holding power Ideal for industrial, mechanical, and automation applications requiring fixed shaft alignment 📐 Product Specifications Model: RC‑100‑KW4H@90 Coupling Type: Set Screw Rigid Coupling with Keyway Material: Mild Steel, Black Oxide Finish Bore Diameter: 1 in (25.4 mm) Outside Diameter: 2 in (50.8 mm) Overall Length: 3 in (76.2 mm) Keyway Size: approx. 1/4 x 1/8 in (6.35 x 3.18 mm) Applications This rigid coupling is well‑suited for: Conveyors and material handling lines Industrial machinery shafts Pumps, blowers, and small motor drives Laboratory and automation assemblies Anywhere fixed shaft alignment and torque transfer are required Whether you’re assembling replacement parts or building new machinery, the Climax RC‑100‑KW4H@90 coupling provides solid performance and secure shaft joinery you can depend on.
