Our Purple Background is for use with our Through the Bible in Felt Basic Set, our Christian Board Sets and our Educational Flannelboard Sets. Mounted Boards vs. Unmounted Backgrounds: Felt boards are felt backgrounds mounted to heavy duty cardboard and then reinforced with additional cardboard to create a sturdy felt board. Felt backgrounds are just the scene on a piece of felt (not made into a board). Backgrounds can be overlayed on top of an existing felt board.
